This  traditional local snack embodies the charm of community life that produces by the women’s group in Mon Ngo, Mueang Kai Subdistrict, Mae Taeng District, Chiang Mai Province. The chips are made from perfectly ripe mountain-grown bananas. The bananas are thinly sliced and coated with a special recipe made a sweet, flavorful and crispy in every bite.
